When it comes to creating and running performance review surveys, a template can really simplify the process, which is why, today, we're sharing a handy collection of peer review questions.
Peer review plays a critical role in the 360-degree review process, providing employees with feedback from colleagues across different departments and levels of the organisation.
We're huge fans of 360-degree reviews here at Frankli - so much so, that we've developed a tool to make this type of review more efficient and easier to run. What is a Peer Review?
A peer review is a critical part of the performance review process in which the employee receives feedback on their performance from their colleagues. Peer reviews allow employees and their managers to collect rich and varied perspectives on the subject's performance. Coworkers can be chosen from any department or level of the organisation to provide insights on a specific project or area of the subject's role.
You'll find answers to more frequently-asked questions on performance reviews here. Now let's dive into the questions!
